The “Masserie Didattiche di Puglia” (Didactic Farms) will give you the opportunity to discover the ways, customs and agricultural traditions that still preserve intact all the charm of that ‘man-work-nature’ relationship, as laborious and ancient as human history.

The Silk Road
Workshop ‘The Silk Road’: we will learn about silk production techniques. From silkworm breeding, to the management and growth of mulberry trees to provide the worms with the leaves on which they feed, to the reeling of the cocoon to release the silk thread.

Workshop ‘Let’s defend nature… from plants to food’: the extraction of pigments from plants for painting with natural colours on recycled cardboard, to learn how to recognise the colouring capacity of natural extracts in place of artificial dyes. But also to meet current consumer trends, starting with an excellent white yoghurt, free of any additives.
